Lloyd Properties was founded in 2024 by Managing Principal, David Lloyd. The firm specializes in value-add and opportunistic real estate strategies in the New York City market, while also actively investing throughout the capital stack.

The firm works with notable institutional firms, family offices and foreign investors and brings to the table a track record of over $1 billion of New York City real estate transactions.
